If you run a business, you know that technology is never as efficient as you would like it to be. Computers crash and hackers hack – in fact, even the most efficient companies have had to deal with that. In order to protect important digital information, certain precautions should be taken. Backups are a great place to start, and after knowing the basics, there are two ways to go about backing up your work. One is keeping them in house, and another is having them held and protected externally, which is also known as third party data management. I would like to address the latter, as it is apparent to me that a lot of people are uninformed about third party data systems. You may be surprised and discover that it’s a better fit for you and your company.
